DROP OFF & PICK-UP HOURS:
Monday - Friday:    7:45am - 5:45pm
Saturday:               11:00am - 3:45pm
Sunday:                 3:00pm - 4:00pm (scheduled drop-off or pick-up only)

Please note we are closed to the public on the following holidays and there will be no drop-off or pick-up on these dates: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day
Do You Offer Retail Items?
Yes, we carry a curated selection of toys and treats. Hill’s Science Diet pet food is available by order—please contact us for details or to place an order.
What Vaccines Do You Require?
All boarding, daycare and grooming services require your dog(s) to be current on Rabies, Parvovirus/Distemper, and Bordetella.
What Should I Bring For Boarding?
We recommend bringing your own food to ensure a smooth transition and minimize tummy troubles. Please pack extra in case you are delayed for any reason.

Our in-house food, Science Diet Sensitive Stomach, is available only if necessary – should your pet run out during their stay.

If your dog requires any prescribed or over-the-counter medications (including vitamins, supplements,  probiotics, etc.) they must be brought in their original bottles or packaging. We DO NOT accept pill cases or loose medications in baggies.

Mother Puppers provides bedding, food, and water dishes for you dog's stay. However, feel free to bring any items that will help make their visit more comfortable and stress-free, such as a favorite toy or blanket.

Please note: Owners are responsible for any damage to bedding, bowls, kennels, or other items caused by their dog(s).
How Often Does My Dog Get Outside?
Boarding and daycare dogs are let out a minimum of six times per day. There are no additional charges for them to get out more often and only family dogs are let out together for safety.
Can My Dog Be Groomed While Boarding?
Yes!  Ask about booking when you schedule your boarding reservation. Boarding reservations can be made by accessing our reservation app! If you are new to the reservation app you may access it by clicking HERE or call us at 406.401.PAWS. Grooming appointments cannot be booked online at this time - please call us to schedule.
What Happens If There Is An Emergency?
In the event of an emergency, we will first contact the owner(s). If necessary, they will be transported to one of our on-call veterinary clinics for immediate care.
