Mother Puppers LLC – Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the pet boarding, daycare, grooming, and retail services provided by Mother Puppers LLC (“Mother Puppers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Great Falls, Montana, Cascade County, United States. By using our services, you (“Client,” “Owner,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered
Mother Puppers LLC provides the following services:
  • Pet Boarding: Overnight or extended stays for pets in our facility.
  • Pet Daycare: Supervised daytime care and socialization for pets.
  • Pet Grooming: Bathing, haircuts, nail trims, and other grooming services.
  • Retail: Sale of pet-related products, including food, toys, and accessories.
2. User Rights and Responsibilities
    2.1 Client Rights:
    • You have the right to receive services as described in our service descriptions and pricing schedules.
    • You have the right to a safe and clean environment for your pet while in our care.
    • You have the right to be informed of any incidents or concerns regarding your pet’s health or behavior while in our care.
    • You have the right to access and review your pet’s records maintained by Mother Puppers, subject to reasonable notice and scheduling.
    • You have the right to provide feedback and express concerns regarding our services.
    2.2 Client Responsibilities:
    • Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your pet, including but not limited to breed, age, weight, health history, vaccination records, behavioral issues, and emergency contact information.
    • Vaccination Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring your pet is up-to-date on all required vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, parvovirus, and Bordetella (kennel cough), as required by Montana law and Mother Puppers policy. Proof of vaccination must be provided prior to any service.
    • Health and Safety: You are responsible for informing us of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral issues that may affect your pet’s care. We reserve the right to refuse service if your pet poses a health or safety risk to other animals or staff.
    • Personal Belongings: You are responsible for labeling all personal belongings brought to Mother Puppers, such as bedding, toys, and food bowls. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
    • Pick-Up and Drop-Off: You are responsible for adhering to scheduled pick-up and drop-off times. Late pick-ups may be subject to additional fees.
    • Payment: You are responsible for paying all fees associated with the services provided, according to our pricing schedule.
    • Emergency Contact: You are responsible for providing a reliable emergency contact who can make decisions regarding your pet’s care in your absence.
    • Leash Requirement: All dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the facility.
    • Behavior: You are responsible for the behavior of your pet while on our premises and agree to be liable for any damage or injury caused by your pet.
3. Mother Puppers LLC Responsibilities
  • We will provide a safe and clean environment for your pet.
  • We will provide attentive care and supervision for your pet.
  • We will administer medications as instructed, provided they are clearly labeled and accompanied by written instructions from a veterinarian.
  • We will promptly notify you or your emergency contact of any significant health or behavioral issues that arise during your pet’s stay.
  • We will maintain accurate records of your pet’s care.
  • We will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Liability Limitations
    4.1 General Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with pet boarding, daycare, grooming, and retail environments. These risks include, but are not limited to:
    • Illness or injury resulting from interaction with other animals.
    • Accidental injury due to falls, slips, or other unforeseen circumstances.
    • Aggravation of pre-existing medical conditions.
    • Loss or damage to personal belongings.
    • Escape from the facility (though we take extensive measures to prevent this).
    4.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mother Puppers LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
    4.3 Veterinary Care: In the event of a medical emergency, we will make every reasonable effort to contact you or your emergency contact. If we are unable to reach you, we will take your pet to a licensed veterinarian for treatment. You are responsible for all veterinary expenses incurred. We are not responsible for the outcome of veterinary treatment.
    4.4 Retail Products: Mother Puppers LLC is not responsible for any adverse reactions or injuries resulting from the use of retail products purchased from our facility. You are responsible for reading and following all product instructions and warnings.
    4.5 Force Majeure: Mother Puppers LLC shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, fire, floods, epidemics, or governmental regulations.
5. Payment and Cancellation Policy
  • Payment: Payment is due at the time of service or as otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
  • Boarding Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required for boarding reservations, especially during peak seasons.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Boarding: Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled drop-off time may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night’s boarding rate.
    • Daycare: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled daycare date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
    • Grooming: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled grooming appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-Shows: No-shows for scheduled appointments may be subject to a fee equal to the full service price.
  • Late Pick-Up Fees: Pets picked up after the agreed-upon time may be subject to a late pick-up fee.
6. Dispute Resolution Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved as follows:
  • Informal Resolution: We encourage you to first contact us directly to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
  • Mediation: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the parties agree to participate in non-binding mediation in Cascade County, Montana, before resorting to litigation. The cost of mediation shall be shared equally by the parties.
  • Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cascade County, Montana, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
  • 7. Privacy Policy We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms, describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. You can view our Privacy Policy on our website or request a copy from us.

  • 8. Amendments We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website or providing you with written notice. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

  • 9. Severability If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  • 10. Entire Agreement These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mother Puppers LLC with respect to your use of our services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
